The Valentine's Day cookie sale was a huge success! Students dropped in and out continuously and we were lucky to have music performances throughout the day. We hope everyone had a good time and thank you for dropping in.

Thanks to all who showed up at the Class Ring Sales hosted by Jostens. We were impressed to see the turnout on the last day considering the below average numbers on the previous sales days. We do not have a number on the sales yet but all the new ring owners can look forward to an excellent ring ceremony.

Currently, the campus improvement committee just implemented the Program Comptetition amongst RA's, TA's, LA's and Hall Council members. We're brainstorming new ideas for this year.

The Class of 2010 Publicity Committee is seeking a motivated, artistic and talented individual to serve as the Class of 2010 Council designer. The designer will be responsible for creating\ formatting custom design templates, posters and brochures that the Council needs to make, as well as things like T-shirt designs and Logos. He\she will be a member of the Council and will be required join two committees as well as attend bi-weekly council meetings. The Class of 2010 Council would greatly appreciate it if you would consider this great opportunity to learn and expand your portfolio.

After a great many applications for Ring Committee positions came in, we have finally culled the group to an acceptable size. This selective group should more than adequately serve the Class of 2010's ring needs. Please congratulate your new Ring Committee members:

The Ring Committee, designated to pick and coordinate the choosing of the Class Ring is now taking members. The Committe will be contacting companies to set up meetings with ideas and quotes, most likley giving sketches of 1 or more ring designs. The committee will then ask each company to give out a bid and formal proposal for the ring. The committee will discuss and vote on the best ring, taking into consideration, things like good artwork and price, and other services.
